Make the score honest
Record date, target, your reported result, what got in the way and the next small step. A missed response is unknown, not a success.
See where it went
Track redacted merchant, amount, category, recurrence, confidence and checks needed. Reconcile totals after transfers and refunds.
Test before building
List the assumption, evidence, cheapest test, actual result and a stop/change rule. Compliments are not sales.
Set the boundaries
Note the task, source, agreed scope, trigger, review point and stop rule. This sheet does not grant standing permission by itself.
Open the seven-day setup plan
- Day 1 · Pick the outcome. Name one task and a baseline measure.
- Day 2 · Check access. Ask what connected sources Instinct can actually use and keep only necessary data.
- Day 3 · Do a small test. Review any calendar change, message, spending decision or upload.
- Day 4 · Verify. Check an important claim at the live source.
- Day 5 · Add a watch or check-in. Agree its trigger, frequency, end date and stop rule first.
- Day 6 · Measure. Separate actual results from assumptions.
- Day 7 · Decide. Continue, change or stop; keep only routines with a purpose.
One instruction at a time.
